  1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
  2. Booking period is from March 15, 2024 to February 28, 2025. Stay period is from March 18, 2024 to March 5, 2025.
  3. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit or debit card to avail of these offers.
  4. Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with the property that the Cardholder will avail of the EastWest-exclusive discount/privileges. Full payment or a credit or debit card guarantee is required upon booking. The Cardholder needs to get in touch with the property to confirm the payment requirement.
  5. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer/s must be settled at the property with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit or debit card.
  6. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
  7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  8. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
  9. The property’s standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.
  10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions.   11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.
  12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Chroma Hospitality shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
